Refund & Cancellation
Thank you for choosing QuickMessage. We value your business and aim to provide the best SMS and WhatsApp API services in India.
This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations and refunds for our SaaS platform, API credits, and reseller programs.
1. Cancellation Policy
Users can request to cancel their subscription or account at any time. However:
- Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to sales@quickmessage.in at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
- Upon cancellation, your access to the dashboard will remain active until the end of the current paid period.
- Meta (Facebook) WhatsApp API setup fees (if applicable) are non-cancellable once the application is submitted.
2. Refund Policy
At QuickMessage, we follow a strict **No Refund Policy** for consumed services. Specifically:
- API Credits: SMS or WhatsApp credits once purchased are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Wallet Top-ups: Any amount added to the user wallet is intended for service consumption only.
- Service Failure: In case of technical failure where messages are not delivered due to our server issues, equivalent credits will be added back to your account.
3. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in the following special cases:
• Duplicate payments made due to technical glitches.
• Payment made but service not activated within 72 working hours (provided all documentation is complete).
4. Reseller Program
White-label setup fees for the Reseller Program are 100% non-refundable once the branding and dashboard setup process has initiated.
